Celia Hammond Animal Trust Canning Town, Canning Town – The Canning Town Branch of the Celia Hammond Animal Trust opened in 1999 with the aim of providing a low cost neuter and vaccination service, bringing responsible pet ownership within the financial reach of cat and dog owners in East London. The centre is now both a busy veterinary clinic providing low cost neutering and veterinary services for pets belonging to owners on benefits or a low income and a busy cat rescue and homing centre for unwanted, abandoned, stray and feral cats.
